Durso is a mug. He lost any credibility when he ran away from Roy Keane all those years back instead of sending him off.

The FA are such elitists. I think its ridiculous that referees are made to appear infallible because of them. Andy D'Urso is a poor referee who makes contentious decisions on a regular basis. He's not the only one. I don't blame Poyet for criticising him.

genuinefootyfan, you've just been deleted because your comments are pecieved as being made to merely try to wind up Leeds supporters. Sure the Leeds management had a moan - just like every other management team has the right to do, and does, when they feel they have a grievance against something! I'm just glad to see other 'Genuine' Football fans here seem to be of the same opinion as Poyet. You, my friend, are certainly no genuine fan; you are merely a WUM trying to get a reaction. how many managers in the premiership have had a dig at referees for their inept performances this season yet as leeds are being punished for such remarks it makes me wonder is it a vendetta against leeds or is it the fact the fa dont seem to punish teams in the premiership or higher profile managers??

I think this will work in our favour, as does anything that reinforces the siege complex that Wisey is fostering. He's got the squad convinced the whole world is against us, and they're ready to go out every game and exact revenge, it's bloody wonderful

He repeatedly said D'Urso was a CHEAT. He said he gave decisions against Leeds because of some vendetta against himself and Wise. I was shocked when I saw the interview on TV, and am even more shocked that people here are defending Poyet. Leeds are getting a bit cocky considering they're still 67th in the football league. A lot of Leeds fans are talking as if they're top of the premiership. Let's settle down shall we!?

volvicpower-where's your proof?I've read Poyet's remarks made after the Portsmouth game and he says no such thing.Our league position is irrelevant.Poyet's remarks are bland and inoffensive.Can you quote what he actually said?

Gustavo is quite correct-- Andy D'urso laughed all the time at he and Wisey-- it is a personal vendetta and not 1 decision was given in our favour - forget the result... it is the principle of it and a poor precedent; The FA should punish this ref as he is not a fair one for our games and in fact it is he who has brought the game into disrepute.I have seen Andy perform well in other matches so there must be sometnihg personal.
