villa were shocking upfront - their biggest asset is pace, yet they are frequently too hesitant when quick breaks present themselves. they looked timid, despite MON's assurances they were "full of confidence" - kasper looked dodgy in goal so why not shoot from outside the box and at least get something on target??

gabby aggy has yet to find his touch this season, and laursen / carew shoulda scored at least 2 headers.

city deserved it for creating ONE decent move in the whole game.

Shame about your fans though, throwing coins at us and the villa players, bet you all felt really clever when one hit that small kid and when he was crying you all started cheering, disgusting.

Because that naturally represents all City fans... bigeyes

Despit a win over a very decent team, I still think Derby are favourites to be relegated.

Jack McGruff is definitely a United fan, it must irk him to see City in 2nd place and above United after beating the team that this season has beaten Chelsea, it appears unlikley form like that will see them relegated. As for City we beat not only beat Villa but also United, fact is none of these teams will be relgated and City ghas the best form of the lot.

I would also like to know what planet the BBC's Lawro is on, he predicted City would lose 2-0 at home to Villa. He must be getting lazy and not be studying his form guide, as how many teams score 2 unanswered goals at COMS?
