What has Alonso done wrong?

Formula One

I am confused by the opinions of many on here who seem to blame Alonso for everything recently. I understand the pit incident was petty but Lewis was not innocent in that and benefited from complaining about it.

Now i see Ron comes out to the press saying Alonso had some emails about the document and makes out like he is the innocent party even though he would have known. If Ron is so innocent why is Moseley annoyed with him and does not trust him anymore?

Now Alonso made an aggresive block on Lewis and now hes being called dangerous, when Lewis has done it previous he's called 'brave' or 'aggresive'. Is it one rule for one and another for the other.

I am not an Alonso supporter but is it just me who thinks it is a bit excessive?

You can say all that you want about the 2 tiem WDC but this are the facts:

1 Alonso is a lot more valuable to F! and McLaren than Lewis
2 Alonso is the better driver and has got the experience
3 Alonso is the reason McLaren and the UK does have something to root about it
4 Alonso can be a prima donna, he earned!!
5 Alonso can teach Lewis how to drive while is wet , overtaking and how to make it to the finish line when someone is behind your tail.
6 More exponsores would pay big dough to see Alonso win than Lewis. Why, Alonso is a lot more charistamatic in Europe and around the world.
7 Lewis needs to show it talent in a different machine. Like a 2nd tier then he can talk all that he wants. That is once he wins the WDC in that lesser machine.
8 Lewis had done a lot nasty moved this yr than Alonso. Monaco comes to mind when he would not leg to, even if you can pass in Monaco, risking taken out the to leading McLarens. Even after Dennis told him to ease off on the pedal.
9 Lewis had also disregard teams orders in othe occasions, Hungary per example, even when all was planed. YOu dont see that happening in futball. Why is Lewis acting like he can do as he wishes when he is only a rookie and arrogant at that?
His truth colors are showing!
He should be thankful for this wonderful and one in a million break that McLaren has given him. HOw many rookies get to drive for a top machine and along side with a driver like Alonso?
Do you guys actually think that if he was at Ferrari he would be treated that way while driving next to Schummie? LOL

So be thankful that the UK has got something to cheer about in the world of sports. It has been a long time since I heard of any Brits doing any good besides reaching a 1/4 finals at a tennis match. 1/4 finals?

If I had a quid for every F1 drivers whinge when he was outwitted on track I'd be a millionaire. And if I had a quid for every time Alonso whinged about the same thing I'd be retired. So LH is

MAHENDRANATHAN,
Good you mentioned that incident, but it was not Kimi it was Massa. In fact, LH's intention was clearly visible from the way he parked his car at the starting grid. It was directly pointed to Massa's line, and Massa was forced into the grass to avoid touch. I heard no one talk about it until you brought it up. I am not FA fan, but he is much cleaner than all of them (except Kimi) within that regard. So, LH fans, suck'it up and pray something happens to FA in the remaining races.

Just to really lower the tone!!

A boy walks in to his parent’s bedroom to find his dad giving his mum one. The dad laughs throws a pillow at the boy and tells him to get out.

Hours later the dad hears a commotion coming from the lads bedroom. He enters the bedroom to find the boy giving his Nan one.

The dad looks horrified.

'Not so funny when its your mum is it?' says the boy !

ok firstly to elche2002s comment bout Alonso being more valuable to F1, i completely disagree, i think the sport would be better with him long gone, hes easily angered and when he is angered he becomes a child. did anyone else notice how he was the ONLY member of Mclaren who wasn't at the hearing? secondly without meaning to sound bias(because frankly i don't like mclaren at all so i'm not going to be bias), the way alonso pushed Hamilton off was reckless and uneccesary. despite what FA says there was plenty of room on the inside of the track(the racing line might i add), which meant coming all the way across the track at his team mate was completely un called for. only LH's quick thinking avoided an accident, if you look at when MS tried to do this many years ago everybody got on his back, so why special treatment for FA?

oh and elche2002, you wouldn't happen to be spanish would you? wow that would be a shock. and by the way, if LH was driving as MS's teammate we wouldn't have this problem, because MS is far superior to anyone in F1 and therefore would be miles ahead of his team mate, so end of story.

LH is becoming a right little twit ... why does he feel compelled to comment on a move that was just as leary as most of his starts this season.
Ron Dennis needs to tell the boy that as far as McLaren are concerned it was a good move (both cars finished) and to shut up and get on with the driving.
It all smacks of the fact LH is out of his depth.

I am neither a McLaren nor a Fernando Alonso fan, but for the sake of pure driving skill I hope FA takes the championship, after all it was through the off season development he put in that McLaren have now got a huge competative edge.

"after all it was through the off season development he put in that McLaren have now got a huge competative edge"

It wasn't. And a 50 mill fine says so.

You don't have to like Hamilton; but if you trash his driving, how come it takes a couple of offs by Hamilton to enable Alonso to start catching up only this late in the season? How come the other experienced drivers still lag behind? Will you trash them too? Are they too, "out of their depth".

Seems there are people who will go to any lengths to trash Hamilton. One can already hear all the sour comments from some quarters, if he does win.

Anyway, I hope Kimi does it; because for McLaren, thus championship is seriously tainted.

Alonso's problem is being individual and knowing his own mind - not always a welcome thing in todays world. Particularly when lots of people who are taking home the cash without taking the risks start getting involved. Besides if you were world champion and the new boy in town was stealing your thunder and being loved up by the media maybe you would be a little moodysmiley
