Evening all. We are ready for the first of the second round of Pool games, Argentina v Georgia.
The Pumas, fresh from their stunning win over hosts France in the opening game, are expected to complete a comfortable victory but Georgia will be determined to give Argentina a real test.
How do you think the game will go? What will the scoreline be? And what do you make of Argentina's schedule?
Let us know your thoughts.

that's a shame. on a more positive note, Argentina have been poor in their first two games.

If Argentina beat France they are by definition not poor.

Vamos Pumas!!!!! It was a fantastic game. Difficult at the beginning to get rythm but then... I'm very sorry for Georgia, they played with honour and were very strong. I'm glad we've got the bonus, we are the first team so far to do it. We have a lot to go but so far... Amazing!

Hi FowlerNo9,

With regards to the Argentine national anthem, what they played was the opening and then skipped straight to the last paragraph.

As a result, it appears as the opening is disproportionatelly long, but it wouldn't be so if they didn't cut most of the anthem out.

So as you may gather, we do have a loooong anthem, but it is cut short.

Kind regards,

Of course the Pumas have room for improvement, but they have had 2 tough games that they've handled very well. They beat France in front of 80 thousand french fans, and they were able to get the bonus point against the georgian "warriors".
Paulo -who says Argentina 's game was poor- HAS to be Brazilian (for 2 reasons: brazilians do not play rugby and they don't like argentinians)
And why is anybody surprised that ARgentina beat France? Out of the last 6 games they beat them 5 times, and the only time they lost, it was only 27-26.
