West-London-Willy, times are changing for the best forQPR and the fans(us). We are QPR i hate seeing or hearing QPR lose and don't like us drawing, but i love us with passion when we win. <ok> <hug><smiley>
Lets all have one big QPR family/fan hug.

Good on Rangers. I've always liked Rangers as a team and it has been sad to see the team in such a mess over the past couple of years but with new investment and some good quality British players, maybe this seasons bad start can be turned back round. We hope. ;)

After so many years of turmoil are we finally gonna see an upturn in our fortunes and a return to the Premier League? Well, we've got to be optimistic. These guys are putting 30 million big ones into the club for starters, I reckon for that we'll just about survive in the championship this season! There'll need to be a lot more spent on real quality just to get us up and then a bucketload more to stay up, these guys are hard-headed businessmen who will put in the money because the Premier League rewards will dwarf any investment used to get us there. The start we've made this season doesn't fill me with too much optimism for THIS season but the fact a new regime is in charge means JG is really gonna have to do it or he'll be history pretty quick!

Sooperhoop or can anyone else tell me have our debts been paid off now which i believe WERE?
Inland Revinue, ABC, and other debts if there is any.
So this 30Million that the F1 pair that have put in to QPR is it to give to John Gregory to spend on players or to pay off all our debts.

As far as I'm aware the 30 million will pay off ALL debts and give whoever is manager in January 10 million to spend on the team, that's why I'm not too optimistic for this season as we may be too far off the pace by January, But then, who knows? Maybe they'll confound us!

"In my lifetime, we've won 2 things. The League Cup when I was 2 years old, and the 2nd Division when I was 18."

West London Willy. We won the old Third Division the same season we won the League Cup. Not a trophy I know, but the play-off win over Oldham felt like we'd won something.

The only other trophy I remember us winning in the last 20 years is an award for best toilets!
