Fans heading to Toulouse to watch World Cup matches are sure to have a good time.

The local team have won the Heineken Cup three times, and the fact the French national team have chosen Toulouse as the venue for their one pool game outside Paris shows how much of a hot-bed of the game the city is.

So what can travelling fans expect to find in the city? We want you to tell us. Maybe you have been there in the past to watch European matches.

If so, what is the place like - what are the places visitors should look out for? And what is the best place to be sitting in the stadium? Where is the best place to go for pre-match debate, and then afterwards for the post-mortem over a glass or two of wine? And away from the rugby, what are the other delights of the city?

We want you to share your suggestions and recommendations here. Please post your ideas.

"La Ville Rose" is a great French city off the beaten path. Outside of the Stade, if you want a more 'classy' experience, I recommend enjoying a few drinks at La Floride, the cafe right in front of Capitole. A good place to enjoy music at night would be L'Ambassade, an old Austrian consulate turned into a nightclub which is right on the canal. Overall, it's just a great city to walk about in, to admire the brick coloured buildings and the youthful, diverse inhabitants.
