I see the 'extra million' almost as compensation. I can see it being either us or Watford for promotion this season. We get the extra million if we don't go up and waive it if we do.

The Duke and Jase Roberts were a deadly partnership a few years ago (until they fell-out big time!) at Wigan.Paul Jewell got the best he could out of them,I've no doubt Aidy's man-management skills will help create a killer strike force too with King and Duke upfront,can't wait for it to start clicking!

Duke and Roberts didn't fall out. Duke wanted to leave Wigan. He kept in touch with Roberts when he went to West Brom.

...and surely this means Hendo is finally surplus to requirements Aidy! "Great work rate though!" Look,I could get really fit and run around in a Watford shirt for 90 minutes but if I can't do anything with that running around what good am I to anyone? Last season showed he can't make the step up so if,God forbid,we get back up we're gonna have to get a replacement for him anyway.Staggered Fulham were interested in him but I spose Sanchez likes fighters.

p.s Duke ended up changing his name to Duchess, as he liked to keep his kit clean throughout the game and didn't even perspire let alone run up a sweat.

Well they must've let bygones be bygones then cos the press were all over their completely hostile body language towards each other towards the end of their partnership,and it did show in matches.

great signing quality last 20 minutes and if that comment about strong minded wife is true then i cant see her sticking around watford for long
real competition for places all around the squad
the futures bright

That's the whole problem with Duchess. He doesn't like 'great competition'. He wants to start, not sit on the bench til the last 20mins. He will be ideal for you if King gets injured. If not, he may get disillusioned like he did at Wigan and West Brom.
