Wow Mary Poppins said it must be true!!! Shearer the classic example of just cos he played don't mean he can wax lyrical about the game. The snide purveyor of late elbows & follow through tackles througout his career is seen as some sort of holier than thou angel of the north.

More like the old adage of 'Don't you know who I am, I've captained England, you can't do me or I won't play for my country again!!' As the snivelling dull one threatened to do when trying to boot Neil Lennons face off!!

Do people actually listen to Shearer, I thought he sent everyone to sleep!

powling has a point, he was a thug in a football shirt and got away with murder.
To this day I don't know why action wasn't taken over the Lennon affair, though I also heard the rumour that he threatened to withdraw his England services if they did.

A win is a win, granted I'd have preferred it to be a bit more comfortable. Lehmann's mistake allowed them to play a more defensive game, but we won out in the end. Trust in Wenger, he'll get us results.

this article is just ****in stupid, a shaky performance on the first day? so wot? Man U drew, u dont c ne Man u fans having a mid-life crisis about it. Chelsea only just won against a newly promoted team, they're fans arent throwing a fit, so calm, the ****, down.

we didn't perform terribly, we made enough chances, and we won, without Gilberto, or 2 strikers.

a disaster against prague? where's your faith in the team you are supposed to support? we ended up beating them 0-2 away. you question Arsene Wenger after he has done so much and been pretty successful at Arsenal, please....put your thinking cap on for one minute and stop making us gunners look stupid.

i hope the person who wrote this article is in tears at the moment. we are joint top and playing well...wenger picked this team a few years ago so he knows what he is doing...be a true supporter or go & support another team
