i thought kaboul looked pretty good the only positive i could draw. Strong, quick, good headrer and looked like he could pick a pass

Seems like we've got the defence and the strikers ready but midfield might be our problem this season. Jol said it himself today: we need a creative player in the middle of the park not Jenas!!
Early days and i knew going against a newly promoted would be tough. If we have trouble against the next two teams, we could be in for a long season!

Every single start to a new season always kicks off with some strange results and weird results. You can throw the form book out of the window for the first 4- 5 games. Thereafter teams stabilise and find their niche - be it good or bad.
Spurs will come good, no worries.
Credit to Sunderland they pushed the whole game through. I would expect them to finish in a decent mid-table position.

lol, thats brilliant.

Spurs - It appears your manager forgot about his midfield in the transfer season. Why did he spend 16M on Bent when you have no central midfielders of any class.

if your strikers never get the ball they can't score.

P.S. you can only ever play 2 strikers.
