I've done one of those, played football, chosen to not run down the energy still stored in my muscles, wake up next morning, shift one leg and wham! Major muscle cramp that just wont quit as you aim to get ready to go out.

I suspect, as a number of other comments seem to do, that this was more than simply getting up and then there's a leg strain in the muscle. Leroy is not saying much but he will stick to that.

Title of article reporting it said "Lita sidelined after freak injury". I thought he snapped his leg or dislocated his ankle or something awful and feared the worst.
