see Finn's appearance has reminded me, when talking about 2 overprice players who play for the champions the arguement will always be "but we won the league, so they were worth it"

but lets look at the low end side, Jenas, Reo-Coker, Bent, Dyer.

there is too much money in football, a championship team like West Brom can pay 4-5m for Beattie and hold on to Davis unless they are offered 10m for him.

it is nuts.

totally nuts.

english player prices that is.

Fair point, although i reckon after this season this might change. You're right about english players being overpriced and spurs have gone down the road have trying to have a british base so have had to pay a lot.

do we realy need comments from arsenal fans , this post is about the top two teams in europe and how they will both battle it out for the title, is there a post for who will come third if so i suggest thats where the arsenal should write their comments.

They'd want Manu

Because they're much easier to beat in Europe. Over the last few years practically everyones beaten them at least once.

Chelsea is a tougher one to call.
