League One Leeds United

Leeds united have been extremely hard done by , i'm sorry alot of you may not agree with me. But for them to be punished more than west ham and most of the italian teams caught in the match fixing scandal , they might aswell of relegated them. None of there players will wanna stay now. Not only is this a massive over-reaction leeds have been stopped from buying and selling players which will cost them no end.

The whole of the scandals that have hit the english leagues over the last 12 months have destroyed our reputation. They have let teams of with things and over punished others. The corruption that is involved in football in this day and age is quiet rediculas in my opinion.

Leeds should take the whole thing to court , the have basically been relagated to league two because of the time its taken to solve and the over the top punishment they have recieved.

West ham pay 5.5 mil , different kinda thing but the same rule bending , i don't understand how 15points can be given out after the west ham saga. Which they where clearly guilty in , to except an out of court fee insted of 30mil. How odd?

(please rate my article) Writen very angrily.

The F.A. have lost the plot.
Leeds are a massive club and the F.a wanted a big name to stomp on,but they have messed up big time,Leeds did not deserved to be so harshly treated, typical F.A,
when will real ex footballers take the reins and run this countrys football tradition, rules and regulations properly?grrgrr

I don't understand why this decision wasn't made
months ago, by leaving it this late, it could very contraversial, a team that thought they were going up are suddenly NOT. Imagine the law suits and court time THEN !!

This decision is too late in coming to be changed.

Im a Swansea City fan but even though this farce has taken the edge of a very good season for us my problem is not with leeds its with the FA.I think Leeds were treated very harshly and this whole situation is an embarrasment to football. But what i will add is that i travelled to Elland road early this season with a good freind of mine who is a leeds supporter for Leeds 2-0 win over the swans and what was very evident was the siege mentality surronding the club that only comes from adversity.Im suprised that no one has raised this fact as think the 15 point deduction clearly had a big influence on Leeds 1st half season form and maybe without this adversity leeds would be in the posistion there are now!!. lets get it over with and allow teams to plan towards next season.

without question the league decision to deduct 15 points from Leeds contributed to the siege mentality which saw them have such a good start to the season.

I just wonder whether the FA are actually going to deal with the pitch invasion which happened at the last game of the last season in which Leeds fans encroached onto the pitch with Leeds losing, in a bid to get the game abandoned.

It seems to me that this incident has been conveniently brushed under the carpet by all at LUFC.

Wrong. If it gave us such a good start to the season, maybe your team should have -15 next season?

Wrong. We were drawing when it happened, and the object was not to get the match abandoned.

Wrong. We are still working with West Yorkshire police to find them, and quite a few had banning orders given to them.

Get your facts right first, then post.

I know lots of people will disagree with this, but logically Leeds should be given back 6 points therefore giving them the same points as Forest & Carlisle and putting their future in their own hands, they already have a better goal difference than anyone else in the league so that's worth almost another point - that way who goes up is decided on the pitch not in the court!
