Tevez and Rooney Partnership

Premiership Manchester United
comment on the article

With the prospect of a Tevez, Rooney partnership next season looking like it will be a reality, how does everyone think they will do?.
I know it has been said many times that they are similar players, but i don't personaly think that has to be a problem and instead can be their strength. If they build up a understanding quickly and with the supply they can expect from the abundance of tallent in Uniteds midfield does anyone eles feel this could end up being something special

*With teh news just released, we are soon to find out*

Even if Man utd do get injuries in defence they still have good cover. Evens,Pique, o'shea, brown thats a good back 4 in its self.

I h8 2 say this but i think chelsea will win the title this year but then i feel with the young team man u have it will be a long time before any team will be able to take top spot off them.

Fergie just like me loves "never say die" spirirt. There's no doubt, RooTev attack will flourish however, the small names w'd have more scores for the MU squad coz opposing defence won't compromise this season. The defence unlocking ability of Ronaldo n Gigs/Nani w'd b 2 their advantage. But!! Injury-free, Adaptation, Cordination and ambition of the squad will play a key role in their success. Long live United.

They are going to be great together and will get loads of goals (thats why tezev is on my fanatasy team) but liverpool will still win the league.

Really i don't think utd need tevez he too much like rooney we need a taller stiker more less someone good in the air and that can hold the ball well i think berbatov would been the ideal partner for rooney. Thats who the saga should have been over

forevauted:

Ask Liverpool if you can have Crouch...now there's a tall chap.

Actually, I believe Tevez will flop at Man UTD. The expectation is too much...can't see him staying long.

forevautd - Berbatov would have been a good signing, but he wasn't for sale. Tottenham didn't need or want to sell him, and Berbatov himself said he wanted to stay at Spurs.
Not much Utd could have done about that!

TEVEZ-ROONEY PARTNERSHIP
This parntership will definetly work because both
players have creative in them and the finishing prowess is marvellous.it can be compared to andy cole & dwight york partnership of those days.

I have pondered as to whether tevez will play alongside rooney or be direct competition to him, im sure fergey intends to play him though because he was very patient to sign him and therefore must have big plans for him. I don't see how anyone could think he was going to be a flop though, he took a while to adjust to the english game but when he did, boy was he something. Playing alongside other quality players like ronaldo and rooney will only make him better, i think the best is yet to come.
