Personally I think regardless of what the panels outcome it Utd will try and stall the sale if it goes against them and miss the 31/08 deadline.

Chances are come January Rafa will have moved on and Utd can save face.

I think Arbeola has done a good job so far at left back and I think he should be given a run in the team as he is a proper defensive full back not like Risse who likes playing on the wing even if he is supposed to be at left back.

How come transfers involving Man Utd take so long?

Hargreaves, Tevez and now Heinze.

They seem to be getting some sort of special treatment in each case, why else would the Tevez and Heinze cases have to go to an arbitration or a higher power to decide?

It's a joke.

Heinze is a very good player, but only back up at Utd these days. The reason he wants to leave Utd is to play regularly in his favoured position in the centre of defence which he has no chance of doing at Utd and only slightly more chance at Liverpool (Liverpool fans I know would prefer Carragher and Agger). So it seems he's being very badly advised by his agent, who probably just wants a transfer so he can make money out of the player.

Because NO Liverpool player would contemplate signing for Manure United!!! good start by the way -perhaps more of your players will be leaving as the old master loses his touch.

Ive gotta admit this transfer is Uniteds fault from what I know and Heinze will probably end up at Liverpool though I hope not.

I'd laugh my ass off if the decision went his way, allowing him to leave Man Utd to play for whoever he wanted, and Liverpool/Rafa turned round and said, "no thanks, we were never interested, that was just his agent talking" laugh

Good old Fergie, thinking's he's the be-all and end-all of football. Heinze will be be released and Fergie will have to take comfort in his bottle of Malt! I can't stand the crusty old blue nose. At least the likes of Shankly and Paisley had some respect.
