1. Bolton Wanderers are in negotiations with Nantes for winger
Christian Wilhelmsson. Nantes want £2 million for the Sweden
international, but the Trotters are confident their £1.4
million offer will be enough to land the midfielder.

Bolton's nearest competitor are Ajax, with Manchester City
and Tottenham cooling their interest this week.

2. Francisco Pavon earlier link to Trotters has joined Real
Zaragoza of spain

I thought we could have gone for Julio baptista on loan instead of the permanent offer for Cisse, leroy lita isnt coming either.
Imagine ibrahimovic is going to Man City.

I await the remaining signings Sammy Lee promised.

i just hope we wont relax on signings when we win the peace cup!!!!!

You guys have got to be worried about next season, Heidar Helguson, Jlloyd Samuel and Gavin Mccann.... :S

IMO Helgusen is Championship material, the others nothing special...

we are always going to struggle to sign players because they are not interesting in coming to Bolton - unless we can get the player down to see the ground and the facilities etc. The squad is looking ok at the moment - but what we need are a couple of full backs. Trust Sammy we're going to be ok this season - can't wait for the first game - let's hope it's a full house and we give Newcastle a good hiding.

Thats what I thought when Sam Allardyce bought Diouf, Davies and Gary Speed.

Look at how they turned out.

Bolton are my second team and its sad they lost Allardyce. Come on You Wanderers!

Bolton fans, you must feel that you alll have 'mug' written across your forehead.

Dreaming of Cisse and Baptista and then you pay £2.2 Million for Helguson! This guy is past his best and his best was at least 2 years ago.....and that wasn't far of championship standard.

We have just signed Englands next left winger though for the same price, so, yep, all smiles down by the river!

Sorry Bolton, prove me wrong but I think you may be gonners this year...

Magpie Fleck, we won't miss Fat Sam so don't be sad.

Sammy Lee will transform Bolton into an attractive team to watch and still finish in the top ten of the Prem.

We will have to see how Sam gets on with the TOONS.

Boltons signings this pre season seem to be going backwards. They're all relegation team players or championship players. I hope for your sakes Sammy Lee had a huge influence and it wasn't just down to Sam Alardyce that you have been doing so well i recent years.

As im a fulham fan . good luck to him . His record for fulham is 12 goals in 61 apps for fulham i think. Not the best but he did help fulham along the way. he 29 but hopefully a good run in the bolton side will hopefully get at least 10 goals for the season.
