There's no reason City can't do well this season; if they had scored some goals last term, they may not have been so near to the drop. All they have to do is find the big onion sack and hit it with monotonous regularity wherever they are playing.

This is a good start.

Don't you just love how reds can't resist but say something?

It's a good start to pre season for sure, and once we get the new lads into the squad i think it could work out pretty well.

Corradi, scored and made a goal...give him another chance? Or was that his goal for the season?

yeah defoe would be a good signing for man city, a lot better than yakubu who they've been linked a lot with. with all due respect to man city fans, i haven't seen much yet that impresses me with that 40M transfer budget - cant see the players you bought giving you uefa cup football or better which is what i thought they are meant to be aiming for.

Glad we won! Granted it's only Doncaster but it's a friendly and we managed to score!

Hope Corradi find his form, same with Samaras.

However I don't see why everyone is saying we need to sign more well known players? Keegan did that and look what happened there! The only reason people want well known players is so they already know how good they are, or how bad.

If you don't know a player, google them and check their record, simple as.
