The peloton could remain fairly tightly bunched until the final climb - there are only 2 category 3 climbs and one category 4 climb, and none of these climbs have a descent right after them, so this isn't really conducive to a massive breakaway. International Eurosport with English commentary is essentially free though if you have an old 90's Analogue Satellite receiver and point your dish to Astra 19.2E.
