No offence to Wigan but i think he could play for a more estasblished club eg spurs.

good one he had one good season in the CHAMPIONSHIP so what makes you think he could possiply join a top 15 club in the prem

jason koumas has no loyalty to west brom
he is just another glory seeker who will
be disapointed at the outcome and will leave
wigan when they are relegated next year
after all contracts mean nothing now

Actually, He had a really good season before on loan to Cardiff (Scored 12 odd goals), and then had an amazing season with West Brom. Not to mention playing well at international level. Is Nugent that better?

I just can't believe Cardiff didn't cough up £1 million to buy him the season before. With him and Chopra in our side, Promotion would have been the only outcome.

Well the world has gone mad. Jason Koumas who did not get a game when WBA were in the premiership is worth 5 million pounds. I must be worth at least 2 million and I'm 47 tomorrow. Please somebody get a grip.

We had the privelege of seeing Jason develop through the youth setup at Tranmere. He always was a class act in our team, and it was when we got relegated that he moved on to the baggies. Trouble was in that ailing team he was the only jewel and whenever one of our team got the ball they'd always be looking to JK to release it to. Oppo teams would put three defenders on him and he'd get frustrated. I think this may be where he got the 'doesn't always put the effort in' tag.
I hope he does well at Wigan - he'll be happy to be back in the north west and I look forward to seeing him on Match of the Day.

How can you say hes not good enough and not worth the money he would make a cracking signing for everton never mind a team like wigan. Yea he did play in the prem before but didnt get m,uch of a chance same as earnshaw i mean earnshaw finished top goals scorer for west brom in only 5 months of premiership does anyone remember him coming off the bench at the valley to smash in a hat trick these guys are great players they just havent had a fair chance in the prem.
Ans as for koumas having one good year in the championship i would advice people to go on you tube and watch what he did for cardiff he single handling took teams apart. A free kick expert good luck koumas your gunna b great.

KOUMAS NOT GOOD ENUF I HYAVE NEVER HEARD ANYTHING SO STUPID IN MY LIFE HES BEEN THE BEST PLAYER IN THE CHAMPIONSHIP BAR NONE FOR THE LAST TO YEARS HES BETTER THAN NUGENT WHAT AN OVERRATED PLAYER. AND EARNSHAW HAD 5 MONTHS AT WEST BROM AND FINISHED TOP SCORER HOE YOU CAN SAY HE IS NOT GD ENUF I DNT KNOW DOESNT ANYONE REMEMBER THAT HATTRICK DOWN THE VALLEY AFTER COMING ON AS A SUB THEY DESERVE A CHANCE AND ARE GOOD ENOUGH.
