noblegas (U2916945) posted Jul 2, 2007 actually i dont think its a very good idea to let garcia go as he had been one of your best performers over the past three years.in fact as an arsenal fan i would have loved us to keep him in the prem by giving athletico reyes in exchange.said it in my thread http://www.bbc.co.uk/dna/606/F7669389?thread=4317120

Dean18 (U4513818) posted Jul 2, 2007 REALLY SAD TO SEE HIM LEAVE HE'S BEEN A GREAT SIGNING, ENFURIATING AT TIMES BUT SCORED SOME IMPORTANT GOALS IN THE BIG GAMES. HE WAS A BIG GAME PLAYER AND BESIDES GERRARD, WE DON'T HAVE MANY OF THEM.

slacker_lfc (U8889027) posted Jul 2, 2007 i think garcia has had his prime with lfc,he has picked up a big injury and with his age against him and the competion he faces in our midfield now is the right time for him to leave.

raisra (U8889218) posted Jul 2, 2007 27 million is too much for torres, the spanish fowards that we have broght in have all been flops. we need a world class striker and i think torres will fit the part, however i hope he adapts a lot better than our previuos buys. i also think rafa ahould purchase a world class dribbler as we have no one that can run and take on players.

TORRESism (Liverpool fan SA) (U8885420) posted Jul 2, 2007 if im not mistaken, before LG got injured in Jan, he scored ten goals, if he stayed the same then he would have scored 20 goals, which could have been great. LG would be greatly missed. and hey why don't you guys check out my profile Comment on this article |
