Anderson a special case?

Premiership Manchester United

Does anyone know on what grounds United are asking the Home Office to consider Anderson's work permit application a special case?

It seems these days that footballers can get circumvent work permit rulings easily.

any midfielder is fine at this point for long term replacements for giggs and scholes and that is what we need to work on now

Tut tut, for a mature member of the Utd fanbase you should know better than to refer to the club as "Man U". Do you not know the history behind it and the vile connotations it holds?!

I don't know, please tell me - and I've supported United for over 20 years...

well united and fergie are laying down yet another strategy of dismantling the so called best clubs and managers in the world.we moulded ronaldo, rooney and you have just seen the results its time for all eye brows to enjoy another victorius and one touch football season as united start the diffence of England`s precious trophy .Nani,Anderson ,Hargreaves and more to come will even wreak chelsea`s hearts leaving the speciall won mourinho with no choice but to pack his bags allowing the SIR ALEX FERGUSON THE GREAT on his territory all the way to no end

Mitchyboy88, i don't want to get personal over Ronaldo but if anyone is showing their footballing ignorance its you.

Ronaldo didn't prove himself in the big games last year(unlike a certain Kaka did), and if you're going to label him one of the greatest players in world, then you have to be able to do it against teams better than Fulham and Middlesborough.

The guy has potential but in my opinion lacks footballing intelligence, too often trying something fancy instead of playing it simple . . smart players don't do that!
