Browse: Horse racing Ascot Pick - Day 1by SimLFC (U7685930) 17 June 2007 The first day of Ascot this year is jam packed with great races. The main one in which I believe is the St. James. With people monsterously backing Cockney rebel at prices as short as 11-8 and its runner up in the Guineas Dutch Art at 5-2, I personally believe the bet of the day would be a E/W bet on Creachadoir. Was a close 2nd to Cockney Rebel in the Irish Guineas and at 9-1 is great value. Latest 10 commentsRead members' comments or add your own

anneluci (U8741217) posted Jun 20, 2007 Do not think Frankie Dettori deserves any praise for this win. He really laid into the poor horse, in Australia he would have been disqualified, time they started to do the same in this country of horse lovers.
