Do you agree with Pearce, that the U21 manager should be a full-time position?

Let us know your thoughts.

Yes they need a full time appointment, they have enough cash washing around.

But Pearce is the wrong guy to suggest it, yet another English manager that can not cut it.

Yeah the U-21's do need a full-time manager.
Hopefully the FA will employ one this week to take charge of team, and that he knows what he is doing - such as picking players who are definitely committed to playing for the team, and that tries a little harder to contact players if clubs put up a little resistance to them being picked.

I agree with Stuart Pearce 100% England do need a full time manager, but not him.

Is Stuart Pearce the same guy who said against all opinion at the time that he could manage both the Under 21's and Man City. Also as predicted he went onto to get sacked by Man City because it was patently obviuos that he did not know what he was talking about. Stuart Pearce is an honest guy but I would not rate his opinions as being well informed.
