PV_1249 (U8433902) posted May 22, 2007 It was indeed a mistake of... Spurs themselves to sign this guy. Mido has been a nuisance at Ajax (where he was said to throw with scissors at teammates) and at the Egypt national team. Be glad this guy has gone.

Tom (U6532122) posted May 22, 2007 Mido worked hard for Spurs when he was looking for a contract. Once he was signed, he pretty much gave up. There is no way Jol could have played him more. He did nothing to earn a place in the side. I am sure Spurs agree with him that it was a mistake. Time to call it a day Mido and find a regular game in the Championship.
