Will Alonso put Hamilton in his place?Formula One by Schumi's_tainted_legacy (U4784612) 10 May 2007 I think the stage is set for Alonso to finally stamp his authority on Hamilton. With a fervent home crowd cheering him on, Alonso will deliver a masterclass. Latest 10 commentsRead members' comments or add your own

CHESTNUT1 (U7712676) posted May 11, 2007 boiledbunny is right, the media will reek havoc, and are doing so already, if hamilton is left alone to do his job, he will get there the last thing we need is another button, spain left alonso alone until he had matured into a fantastic driver, please can we leave hamilton alone. he will make mistakes, schumi was making them all the time, but still he is the greatest f1 driver of all time in my opinion.

aforeigner (U4648357) posted May 12, 2007 I dont care who wins, as long its not LH or JB. Living in the UK, I would be depressed by having to listen to the ITV over-hyping people and reading the British medias after such a fluke. I mean, they are still touting 'proven race winner' JB after his Hungary fluke. I still laugh at the 'Greatest F1 driver ever' headline about LHs start to his career. Sigh. Everyone is a celeb here. Maybe this Jade person could sign for Red Bull?

Arsenal_Fever (U8237842) posted May 12, 2007 As far as I'm concerned, a victory for Alonso over Hamilton at Spain would not necessary mean Alonso put Hamilton in his place. Obviously, with the crowd firmly behind him, it gives him that little bit more, almost extra horsepower. He's expected to excel at the Spanish Grand Prix.
