Well what a fascinating game! I cant say that i had a more exciting experience this season whilst watching the Gooners.... Eboue hits the bar in injury time.... teed up perfectly but sadly the finishers are all on the injury bench... Kalou denied by Lehmann's save of the season... great game....

CHEALSEA 2006/2007 SEASON
Sorry if the sequence of this letter is not as standard as should be! I really donít care at the moment.
Iím just back from the local pub where I watched my favourite team play what could be our final chase of the title.
Even though the race is over I donít believe it was lost. We played against all odds and came out with our heads up. I cannot believe today how much I love the team, the manager and every1 whoís stood by us. With the result (Not the scoreline) today, I am sure no fan of Chelsea is disappointed.
To the team!
Iíd say you guys are the best team this season. Youíve shown endurance against all (other teams, fans, press); Youíve stood up against the worst injury record of the season. And though you bowed out of the championsí league to a strong team, it was not a disgrace. More so, the resilience you have shown all season is extremely commendable. Thinking back to matches weíve played this season (every single one was a fight and I canít remember having it easy against any team not even the weakest). Every team played us as if there was a point to prove. Anyway, I see their point because beating Chelsea would have been the greatest achievement of several teams. This is how Champions the world over are treated. Thank goodness you didnít expect less. I am so proud of you all from Captain Terry (Defender Terror) to the nail-biting Substitutes of every match who have passionately longed for a beautiful outcome of every match. I am confidently saying YOU ARE THE TRUE CHAMPIONS.
To Jose Mourinho!
What can I say! You are simply terrific not just with tactics but also with passion. I saw your gestures towards the fans at the end of this seasonís premiership race for the title. I couldnít help but feel the Chelsea spirit at that moment. You gave the glory of the season to your hard-fighting team. You, like the team you assembled, had to fight harder than before to keep your head up. In your struggle against press-pressure, rumours, injured team, and for 4 titles, you have indeed come out not with your head up and stronger. Eventhough all we have to show for the season is a Carling Cup, and provided we play the FA Cup final with the same spirit that we chased the Premiership title, I would conclude that this is the best season of Chelsea in your tenure so far. Whether they admit it or not, you are the Best Manager of the Season. Without you, the press would have had nothing other than match results to say all season. They had to wait for you to talk before they can publish any profitable headlines. They survived on making a mountain out of every mole you create. You couldnít have asked for more fun. They tried to disorganise your team with rumours, truth-coated lies and lie-coated truths, but you being a master of mind games beat their strategies and even made our team play stronger in adversity. YOU ARE THE BEST MANAGER OF THE SEASON.
To Fellow Chelsea Fans!
Well done guys for not backing out on ourselves during one of our most trying seasons. I am so proud of the support we have all given at stadiums home and away, in pubs, in living rooms, behind wheels, and most importantly in our hearts. I know we all feel and share the same passion for the Club, thus I am not right to say Thanks to you all. I would rather say we are the most patriotic fans in the world, having to endure resentment and even hatred from virtually all other premiership fans. Thanks for not being bothered about why we are disliked but rather using the situation to internally build-up passion-like-never-before for the Club. GOD BLESS THE SOULS OF SPORTS LOVERS (all over the world), FOOTBALL LOVERS (all over the world), PREMIERSHIP LOVERS (all over the world) AND CHELSEA LOVERS (all over the world), PASSED AND ALIVE (all over the world), for we all share and enjoy the passion of building universal unity with games.
To Abrahamovic!
I would keep it simple and say you have been a key instrument for bringing joy to many hearts with the resources you have put into Chelsea. Thanks for making your time, money and all else available for the Club. YOU ARE THE NUMBER 1 CHELSEA FAN.
To the FA!
Thanks for THE ENGLISH PREMIERSHIP.
To the Press!
Well done Guys. Because of you, English Premiership enjoys COVERAGE LIKE NO WHERE ELSE.

how can u say Chelsea have been rubbish thi season, have u watched Arsenal. How arsenal couldn't beat us with 10 men is a question all gooners should ask themselves.
Though injury after injury, rumour after rumour, Chelsea have played the best they can, with grit, determination and pride. Being in the running for the quadraple to the last month of the season is amazing, this has been hands down best season Chelsea have ever had. For every fan (excluding mancs) that gives Chelsea stick for not winning the title where were you in the title race???
Like Jose said keep yout chins upo and give the players the respect that deserve. To the HEROES, CHELSEA!!!

As an Arsenal fan, I am surprised we did not put Chelsea to the sword as we should have but I am even more surprised that Chelsea, with the seemingly unlimited depth, and strong character, has not done themselves justice again this season. Why? There came a point when the bench mark of being the king of the Premiership was to win the Domestic double. Yes, FA Cup and Premiership (not the Milkington/Worthless Cup) double. I concede that Mourinho is special (not in the way you Celsea fans do); but do the double or the treble and credit will be due to you. Otherwise, you are just a waste of Abramovich's money!!!

To Bluestopfan

You forgot to thank The Owner. Big mistake. The moment he gets bored and leaves, Chelsea is in a free fall, and nobody knows where it will stop, maybe in Championship however ridiculous it may seem today.
Yes you can still win the FA cup, but what value is it when you spend £1/2 billion? Even if (and it is a big if) you win two cups - can it still be called "a double" without an embarrassment? (and who's a "cup competition team" then?) And if you end up with just a League Cup (courtesy of Wenger's decision to play his second team - that's how he values it) - how does it look compared to Man U's proper double, Liverpool's very probable Champion's League Cup again and your own "quadruple" talk?
It would be nice to see someone else in Mourinho's position if only to find out what can be really done with all this dosh (and I have a feeling that under Ranieri you'd already have won the Champions League by now, and with style too)

Apparently Chelsea's gonna go up for sale at £500,000,000.
Someone wants his money back and is bored!(can you blame him the way they play!)
