Kaka scored his 10th Champions League goal of the season

AC Milan will face Liverpool in the Champions League final after crushing Manchester United at the San Siro.

Milan started the semi-final 3-2 down but were ahead on away goals after just 11 minutes when Clarence Seedorf headed down for Kaka to drill into the corner.

Seedorf capitalised on confusion in the United defence to fire in a second after half an hour.

And substitute Alberto Gilardino broke away to wrap up an easy win as United limped out in disappointing fashion.

What did you think of the two sides' performances? Where did it all go wrong for Man Utd? Will Milan see off Liverpool in similar fashion?

Voncost - Liverpool are not even the best team in England, by a long way. Their manager knows how to set up his team in European games, that's all!

Panchopuskas - what do you mean, "United have to build from the back"? They've had nearly all their defenders out injured!!

Forza Milan. Great result. They out-classed Man U. Man U was hurting, but Milan also had Maldini out and have not "real" striker.

Funny to read all the posts. Some Celtic fan actually spoke up about deserving to have beaten Milan (where do they play again? The States? Ireland? Where the hell is Celtic from?)

I hope Milan win in Athens, although Liverpool are England's "European" side and have the expereince and talent to win. Man U is a great team, but just don't ahve the defensive experience (even assuming a totally fit squad) to win in Europe. They should purchase Nesta and Cannavaro - then you'd see them take the crown next year.
