PERTH/PUNCHESTOWN

Plenty of good action in the coming week with Perth and Punchestown serving up some classy fare,as you would expect there are numerous multiple entries from all the big stables and the Murphy yard is no exception.However please take note of POKER DE SIVOLA in the 2m4f hcap hurdle at Perth,a bold show expected as long as the ground doesnt go rattling fast.ACES FOUR has obvious claims in the big novice chase at Punchestown and expect bold showings from MARSHALL HALL,CLEMAX,LUCKY NELLERIE and particularly ANOTHER PROMISE in whichever event they contest.Im not foolish enough to think that they are all going to win but they are "trying"and thats half the battle.
In the Betfred the stable again have multiple entries(NEW ALCO,HOT WELD,LANTARTIQUE, JOES EDGE)but i think "the boss" would like to try Lantartique over this sort of trip as he as always looked like it would suit,if i get any definate info i will let you know later in the week.
Regards.

They arent "tips",this is from some very shrewd people who have connections with the stable.

POKER de SIVOLA runs at Hexham tomorrow,dont know why the change in plan,this is an egg and spoon race.Perth might still be on the cards,will try to find out.No word on Underwriter or the two bumper runners tomorrow.I dont get to know about every stable runner,if i did id pack my job in!!
Suprised that Hot Weld is going for the Betfred,suppose it all depends on the decs as it might cut up but HW doesnt strike me as being "classy" enough for a Betfred.

Here we go,the latest i have is;
No word for anything today(poker de sivola already won) he may go to Perth on Friday,if he does big run expected.
Tomorrow at Punchestown ACES FOUR will "take all the beating " in the novice chase and MARSHALL HALL will"go very well" in the 2m hcap although as stated above a little bit of rain would be nice.
ANOTHER PROMISE runs in the 2m novice chase and as the stable thought hed go close in the Arkle then he is expected to go close in this,which doesnt look the greatest renewal.
Nothing concrete for Perth yet but if the ground comes right(softish) then CLEMAX will go well in either the 3m hcap or 3m3f novice hurdle and LUCKY NELLERIE will do likewise in the 3m7f chase.
Will update when i can but this is all i have at present.

I agree about aces four as he seems to be the only horse in the race with form on good ground. Which one do you rate with the strongest chance out of the lot please?

ACES FOUR without a doubt.I think that he is the 2nd best staying novice of the season,only Denman is better and what price would he be in this affair?I dont like saying this but i really cant see him getting beat.

Just when you think you are getting the better of this game it turns round and bites you in the ****!!!
ACES FOUR probably would have won but the fences are there to be jumped and although im loathe to blame jockeys,i dont think this was one of Graemes best.He won at Aintree by turning the screw from halfway,so why hold onto him here and end up in a speed duel with the eventual winner from 3 out? Nevertheless the horse is concussed but ok,Graeme has a fractured elbow.Hopefully this wont scar Aces Fours confidence as he still remains a chaser of real potential.
MARSHALL HALL ran no sort of race,ground to quick? To soon after Aintree? Had enough for the season? Will try to find out.
Everything else is as the same,ANOTHER PROMISE is expected to go very well,CLEMAX likewise in the 3m hcap at Perth tomorrow and LUCKY NELLERIE in the 3m7 hcap on friday.Hope you all didnt "do" too much today on Aces Four,rest assured if you did it is only money lent until next season when im sure we will get it back with interest.
