Shane might have done enough...?World cup Australia by Justice_wa_Baruti (U7933972) 20 April 2007 Australia again underlined their credentials that they want to retain the cup.Forget about Mathew Hayden ton but it was explosive Shane Bond 65 which might have made the game safe for the Aussies. The question was asked a couple of week back "can anyone beat the Aussies" at the moment i doubt very much. Well done boys from down under. Latest 10 commentsRead members' comments or add your own

gryphen (U3869042) posted Apr 21, 2007 I am sick to death of hearing about our poor cricketers having to spend time away from home and how hard it is for them. What about people serving in the navy, little pay, no five star hotels etc months away from their families with none of the added extras that sports people get. Grow up players and act like the professionals you are meant to be, you chose this life.

Raja_b (U8161717) posted Apr 21, 2007 I agree with that Australia can be beaten by South Africa(who i think have a little chance) but i really think they will be beaten by Sri Lanka because Sri Lanka have the worlds best spinner Murali and 2 Very good Openers and i think they will put Australia batsmen under pressure.
