Chelski have bought success yes, credit to them for winning it against a team who that season had Keane out with a broken foot, giggs broken bone, Smith full broken skeleton and Scholes blind among others. - CHELSKI IS A POLISH TERM NOT A RUSSIAN ONE.

Jokes aside though Chelski were the best the last 2 years but this year they aren't but thats football. The goal difference speaks for itself and generally the team with the best goal difference wins. I think Lampard knows this hence the 200 shots per game he has. - LAMAPRD HAS MUCH MUCH LESS SHOTS THAN GERRARD THIS SEASON. IN FACT RONALDO HAS HAD MORE SHOTS THAN LAMPARD...FACT!

Although you have won the last couple of seasons and i gave credit to you i'm affraid you are not even up to Arsenals stadard. - YOUR SPELLING IS NOT UP TO STANDARD. Thats how it is. There are bigger clubs and smaller clubs with those in between. Chelski are not a big club. - NONSENSE

This has got to be the most ridiculous argument against Chelsea to date, telling us that we're 'not a big club', and using that to try and put us down. Personally I wouldnt care if we had a 5,000 seat stadium with a loyal fanbase of the same number, if it meant we were in the FA cup final, CL semi final, CC winners, and potential league champions. Being a 'big club' has really helped Arsenal win anything in the last 2 seasons, as it has Real Madrid. I'm sure that Barcelona are quite content about being knocked out in the last 16 of the CL cause theyre a 'big club'. Teams should stop living on reputation and start living on current form. Clubs like Newcastle are a case in point, who clearly play like the reputation of their club is enough. West Ham too, are guilty of thinking they are 'too good' to go down, despite any evidence to suggest otherwise. Sure Chelsea havent won as much as the other 'big three' in the last century, but to say that we havent got any 'history' therefore we're not allowed to start making any is laughable.

In the end, you could tell it was going to end like that. Chelsea would be pushed hard by a valiant Blackburn, but when you look at the potential for matchwinners on their team, you just got the feeling that they would pull through.

Still, as a neutral in this, I was secretly going agaainst my heart and willing Chelsea on. Want to know why? Well, which F.A. Cup final would I rather watch? Man United beating Blackburn by a couple of goals to il without really breaking a sweat, or a showdown between the best two teams going?

can i just say 'jammyruler' just look back to the Man Utds vs Arsenal Fa cup final (2005??) That was the dream final of that year and it was one of the worst games ever! I think the same might happen again! least Blackburn vs Utd would have been a nice underdog story!

Great game yesterday. What happened at half time. 1st half Chelsea made Blackburn look like a pub team. Game should have been over. Second half different story. Blackburn played great and thank God for Peter Cech. Extra time all Chelsea. Blackburn battled hard but quality will almost always tell, and it did. Chelsea better play better than the second half in the final or we could see a repeat of the Roma score. Am I alone in getting tired of Mark Hughes comments. He is totally blind and oblivious to any positive play by his opponents. In his post match chat he only mentioned the chaqnces they missed and not one mention of the chances Chelsea missed. Was a great player, but has a lot to learn as a manager.

What do you expect? The guy just couldn't take defeat! Obviously he needs to learn a thing or two and give credit when it's due! Seriously if blackburn had beaten us, there was no way they could've the cup against Man Utd!
