Jose of Setúbal v King Roman

Premiership Chelsea

Whilst offering up my usual early morning prayers, I was suddenly over come by a sense of forboding. It took me some time to unravel what I had experienced.

The Land of Dreams, or to any of us mere mortals Stamford Bridge, is in turmoil. The great King Roman is becoming increasingly agitated by the peoples saviour, Jose of Setúbal, who is in turn being undermined by King Roman's suggestions of replacements within his backroom Apostles.

All of this turmoil is causing unrest within the blue clothed squad of warrior followers, known commonly as Chelsea FC, who perform for Jose of Setúbal.

This senario is mirrored more than 2000 years ago, where a saviour sacrificed himself for the love of his followers, following the constant threats from another Roman.

Should the common supporter of this band known as Chelsea allow their saviour Jose of Setúbal to self sacrifice or should they call for the head of King Roman?

The moral of this story is, who would Chelsea Supporters rather see go, saviour or financier and for what reason?

Amen.

Jesus of porugal is trying to destroy the house that Roman built but he has only his gob and egotism to fight with. Roman has got the ammunition and he will show up this pest for what he is : aselfish individual who only loves himself and his pay packet and who is trying to sell himself to other fortresses like Real or MU or Milan. He is more trouble than he is worth and not many chairmen would like this pertubating motormouth.

Crazy article. In any organisation when you have money and success you get politics and jealousy. The main difference is that at other clubs politics are played out behind closed doors whereas Chelsea are open to half truth and speculation because of who and what they are. I also think Jose loves to tease, whether it's the press, the powers that be, opposition managers, officials...he can't help himself. I think that without Roman Jose would not be at Chelsea as the whole project enticed him. Chelsea need Roman more than they need Jose because multi-billionaires with an interest in football are rarer than good managers but I still think it would be madness to get rid of Jose and believe that employer and employee don't have to like each other to be successful at what they do. This should be the decision Roman and Jose come to.

What people said after Roman Abram came was Money cant buy title....

But you can only say it to stupid managers ... they can buy a lot of super players and still cant win anything.

But the battle is won by generals - with Jose we dont need much money - if he come here with condition that he can only use the players of Ranieri, he can still win like this...

If Chelsea break level in financial term we can only get better and we dont need Roman !!!

We know what Jose did with Porto !

I love what Jose has done for us but if I had to choose to keep one, I would go for Roman.

The Emperor gazes at his chief gladiator and points his thumb to heaven, indicating, you may survive another season , keep up the good work, and heaven will reward you. The chief gladiator points his thumb at his nose and says, "heaven is not where your thumb is pointing majesty, it is exactly where your eyes are resting. "Emperor retorts "only heaven nose that !"
