Liverpool Vs Chelsea 1st leg

Premiership Liverpool
comment on the article

I have been reading on the 606 pages that people are saying the first leg is at the Bridge however I checked the fixtures on 606 and it says that LFC are at home first, if thats true I think it will make a huge difference to the outcome of the game, can anyone confirm where the first leg is.

Does any find it as amusing as I do that only a few years ago, Chelsea were struggling to win ANYTHING and now their fans talk as though they are on an equal footing with the likes of Arsenal, Liverpool and United? I know it's hard to accept Chelsea fans but before you had access to unlimited cash, you'd won the league title once in 100 odd years. Even Spurs won it twice!!

For those of you that say it's not about the money, just imagine if these other teams had had the same resources and cash to spend, would any of your highly paid players still have gone to Chelsea? I think not.

I hope the Liverpool fans are a bit more sporting this time around.

- they spent the entire 90 minutes of the second leg booing the Chelsea team which was a big contrast to the 1st leg and the repsonse the Liverpool players got at the bridge.

I mean we were biased but the Liverpool fans were so OTT they really let themselves down, I thought.

It's the biggest game in Football 2007.
Liverpool Vs Chelsea...
Both the teams should stop the war of words amongst themselves and concentrate more on the match.

As a chelsea fan would everyone shut up about the incident in 2005! It's in the PAST!
but steven gerrard and carragher to take you through liverpool fans? maybe carragher he has been exceptional this season i must admit and warrants an england starting place but gerrard has been poor! Plus the comment about chelsea cheating? typical scousers ignoring the fact that gerrad does it. absolutley disgraceful one in the england match and he thought so highly of sheffield united he dived against them twice this season!

Gooner in the OC

When was it Chelsea were struggling to win anything? Was it when we won the FA Cup in 2000? Was it when we won the Cup Winners' Cup and Super Cup in 1997?

Further, Manchester United are still the richest football club on the planet, Chelsea I believe are around 8th. Real Madrid have spent more on transfers than us in the last 3 years and what have they won in that period?

Evidently, it's not all about the money...
