how can u support a player that tries to punch the ball into the net then acts all innocent, this after he had already deliberatly handled the ball to win a corner, to compound all this he then stamps on phil neville and doesnt even receive a caution let alone a sending off this cheat deserves, people claim ronaldo is the biggest cheat in football he is nothing compared with diouff at least ronaldo just tries to win free kicks the nasty diouff adds stamping and spitting to his diving tendancies. as for Davies can he not go a game without pushing and pulling , Bolton are a good team with some good players but this type of roughhouse cheating has no place in football and although its unlikely that they wont, they dont deserve european football. Everton are by no means angels but i am glad we never sink to Diouff's low we committed fouls but none were cynical like Boltons today Davies, campo et al.

I know you lot don't like Phil Neville but he's a good pro whatever you say:

On the Diouf challenge: “I’d call it a forward’s tackle. It was sore at the time but I know him quite well. There was no malice.

“This is football and when you receive a tackle like that, it’s easy to come out moaning. The referee dealt with it and you have to get on with it.”

“It was quite a good game to play in, though I’m not sure the purists will have enjoyed it,” he said. “There were two committed teams who desperately wanted to get three points but it was a good game and there are no complaints with the result.”

Top_Balcony Your right about Neville. About 10 minutes after the challenge he had his arm around Diouf laughing with him about it.

Thats how it should be ok

I don't think Big Dunc would have reacted the same way though laugh Then again I don't think Diouf would have been stupid enough to go into a tackle with the big man biggrin

Thats True ..... Whenever anyone talks about Big Dunc I have a little chuckle. I mean what kind of idiot would rob Duncan Ferguson's house for gods sake? laugh

I have this vision of the two robbers scouring the living room and then one of them looking up at the mantelpiece and seeing a big portrait of Big Dunc.

"Oh ****!"

Then turning round to see the big man growling in nothing but his kilt with the Scottish flag painted on his face.

Braveheart indeed.

I miss the big man he was some character and he used to give the mancs a severe run around time after time. Just ask poor Rio laugh
