BANGLADESH V NZOne-day internationals Bangladesh by Ilive&dieforsports (U7720841) 01 April 2007 Tomorrow is the day to face NZ.We have a warm-up win against them but the stakes are higher and these are trying times.I somehow have this feeling that our players have become a little bit home-sick and as the match against Australia did not offer much to celebrate. I think they are may be thinking of themselves in a spot of botheration. But these are the times to rise above these little drawbacks and other tit-bits and play for Bangladesh. SpeakingCivilised (U4846795) posted Apr 3, 2007 India played poorly in the match vs BD. I don't believe Indian players might have deliberatly tanked the match. The ageing players might have felt too much pressure to win the match, given this was their last opportunity for winning WC. Further, to say that India tanked the match would be disrespectful to BD that put up a gritty performance. I wish BD well, but at this stage of development, they are probably not capable of winning at least two matches in the Super Eight. Nevertheless, BD and Ireland have been the best performers among the so-called minnows.

Pakistan and Bangladesh fans ...caustic language.' i see you left out india in it. they're the same people .. language, culture, climate and so forth; they're the same country all together when you (if you're british) ruled them for 200 years, remember! you can't even tell by looking at someone whether he is from which of those three...

i_amVIVA (U7878954) posted Apr 4, 2007 i take it you're not saying me to stop saying 'shut up'. even then, don't you hear that phrase from your nearest and dearest ones at times and again when things get excited; i don't see anything offending such that the sky is falling apart.
