MUEnthusiast (U6539042) posted Apr 2, 2007 Rooney hasn't been consistent enough when scoring goals, but he has been great when setting up goals. In no way has it been a great season, but it hasn't been a disaster either. Without his goals United wouldn't be top of the league, but I agree with MUpToDeath that, if he was consistent United would have the title in the bag already.

Best performance by far from United in the Premiership, really got the crowd going aswell and made for a great atmosphere. Hope Chelsea weeped whil they watched.
