Hi Ollie,

You speak so much sense, and see the game like the avergae fan. Why do you think England under-perform so much? I don't think we lack the players, I've watched Liverpool, United and Chelsea too much to think that Rooney, Ferdinand, Terry, Gerrard or Cole aren't good enough. They clearly are. If United or Chelsea played a Macedonian or Israeli side they'd win. So why don't England? What's your opinion?

Ollie,

Thanks for what you've done for the team. The only problem I can foresee is your "keep them in the side if they're playing OK" policy. Normally great, but what happens when Wotton is fit again? The man is an icon. He must play as soon as he is able. How are you going to deal with this? And how is he? I hope he realises how much we all miss him.

well i am an argyle fan born and bred strong in the arm thick in the head.i think you are the best manager in a long time. i have been in new zealand for 2 years now and miss seeing argyle live or highlights. do you think next season when we get promoted plymouth will get more games shown out here in new zealand

everybody seems to suddenly fear Berbatov yet in his 8 years of professional football he hasn't won a tin cup even. Spurs had the better season without him and I don't see anybody at Leverkusen crying about losing him.
