At this moment WHU will probably go down unless they win 6 or 7 games if points are deducted even 3 points they'll definitely go down.
Do the right thing you lot at the hearing and don't take points off of WHU.........

West Ham should fight any points deduction. The rule was ambiguous and showed again that the FA is run by amatuers. Essentially the outside influence of the third party was no different than that of another club who has loaned a player to another club. Its no different than a club who loans a player out and then stipulates they cannot play against them. If thats not influencing team selection ,what is ?
The case to answer here is whether the club acted in good faith , which it seems we did not, by not disclosing documents. It grates that the people responsible have now left the club with a large pay off from the sale . They held this club back and mismanaged it to the point we nearly went out of business.
However the new owner was not responsible for this and therefore should not be punished for the past administrations failures. There is a precedent for this with Spurs who under Alan Sugar overturned a hefty points deduction on exactly those grounds.
If we are to go down it should be down to the poor showing on the field not off it.

Since the Man U win we have had to wait ages for three points! I'm sure it will prove to be costly.

Luck will run out soon. It is important the right decision is made as it will set a precedent. A lot of clubs could fall foul of the ruling.

Good luck to West Ham. There is a very good chance they will be relegated with or without a points deduction. But as a yo-yo club they will certainly be right back in one or two years.

i think that west ham should lose the same points that afc wimbledon are losing. or it will spank of one rule for the big boys and another for the little clubs.

I'm a Watford fan, so deduct points from west ham, and give watford twenty points coz they are so resiliant.

Bentos, How Many times do we Hammers have to say this. THERE WILL BE NO FIRE SALE. We are not the team that got relegated last time and do not have the same owners.

So you want the same bunch of players that West Ham fans have been moaning about all season playing for you?
