The Summer Clearance at Old Trafford in the Summer looks like :-
Alan Smith, Darren Fletcher,Mikael Silvestre, Gabriel Heinze, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer (Retire) and possibly Ronaldo too (to Real Madrid or Barcelona)

Wot do the other fellow Man Utd supporters think?

I think that the strength of Utd's squad has really shone through this season, and before people start slagging off o'shea, park and the rest of the squad players, it would be wise to compare them with chelsea's team. While a few of chelsea's players seem content to pick up a paycheck while giving little effort (cole, ballack), Utd's squad players seem determined to give their all for the team.

While the likes of park and park, fletcher and o'shea are not, and never will be, on the same technical level as these players, it shows just how strong the team spirit must be at Utd this season, and how much each player WANTS to play for Utd because of the honour, not the money.

That being said, i believe richardson could leave; in last season's game against charlton, he was the best player on the park, and i felt it was his turning point, but he simply hasn't been good enough. I think we should give smudger the rest of the season to prove himself, but i wouldn't be suprised if sir alex let a couple go for the sake of them getting regular football.

Fletcher and O'Shea shud definitely stay as shud Park and Smith maybe Silvestre and Richardson cud be sold. but Fletcher and O'Shea are really good players i dont know what these guys want do ya want a Scholes or Giggs as squad players????? impossible squad players HAVE to be less quality than first team players they are cheaper they know they shud work hard and they will never ask for a first team appearance and i think we're very very lucky to have players of these qualities as for Park he is a great squad player its true that he is final product is still poor but he contributes very well and he always proved to be a good cover for either Ronaldo or Giggs. for Smithy for god's sake how cud ya be thinkin of sellin such a fighter he is just a true United player he gives his all to the team and all he need is some first team action ya didnt even see him this season and ya askin for his head i just wanna understand what ya based this thought on???? Silvestre can go as Evans is comin back and Heinze can go too if we get Bale which is what i hope. as for reinforcement i think we shud get a winger as Giggs is gettin old and we'll need a replacement and i really cant think of more suitable player than Lennon he is english we wont have to wait for him to settle in he is very talented, showed his class in big games and still young. we also need cover in the attackin area, i dont think Torres wud be a good addition as he is spanish and those guys NEVER proved their worth at England and finally we need Hargreaves he is maybe the best holdin midfielder at the moment so Carrick can be pushed forward for Scholesy and we'd have a dream midfield in like 5 seasons of Hargreaves, Carrick, Ronaldo and Lennon of course Scholesy still has a couple of years of the very high level but Carrick and Hargreaves can always rotate till Scholesy is out. what ya think pals?

well when barcelona come in for you and your say 21/22 like ronaldo i think i would agree and then they are trying to get rid of etoo so he might go. i want man u to be top instead of chelski or arsenal just keep the seet warm for us but ronaldo is a diver if he doesnt sort that he will just be like robben amazing talent but a cheat so he needs to stop diving.

i dont think ronaldo will leave...he is at a club full of fans which love him, playing in front of 75,000+ every week, always vastly improving...a change wouldnt do any good for him anyway. Real Madrid, dont fill their stadium every week and are really lacking in progress over the last few years i think a move there from United would be a bad one in my eyes, and i think Fergie will make him understand (if he dosn't already) staying at moving away from United will not do him any good, even if it is to barcalona or chelsea on a massive money deal.

United forever....Ronaldo has made me eat my words this season. Still needs to work on his free kicks though. The direct bending shot approach mostly goes to waste

Either Man Utd makes a millionaire offer or he is going, that is for sure. And even with such an offer, I am not so sure that he wants to stay. It's not about having the stadium full of people, but about quality of life. Remember one thing: when he needed the support from his mates he did not have it (explicitly). Not even SAF! He gained the respect with his game and he will go out and United fans will learn how to respect their true superstars (not Rooney, of course!)
