Razzaq InjuredOne-day internationals Pakistan by The_Legend786 (U7459966) 27 February 2007  Just heard razzaq has got injured and will be out for the world cup who do you think should be his replacement in the team. renato-silva (U5501205) posted Feb 27, 2007 i dont think this is such a big blow. razzaqs form has not been good in particular his bowling which has been woeful. they will miss his hitting down the order but azhar is a worthy replacement.

captainAmeer (U7563176) posted Feb 28, 2007 I think Azhar Mahmood is the better bowler than Razakh.He has the talent of big hitting & also more consistant than Razzakh.He is a better player of fast bowling than Razzakh.I feel all the four alrounders Malik,Afridi,Razzakh,Azhar should fill the Pak XI by promoting Yunis Khan to the opening slot.

ahmarazam (U7637469) posted Feb 28, 2007 What the Pakistan Team now is unity more than anything. Understand that winning the world cup is a national honor and not an act of personal gratification. With 100% unity, they will win the World Cup, no matter who is injured or not.

sheikh_im (U7632871) posted Feb 28, 2007 It is so tragic that Razzaq will not be playing world cup, my question is even he is out for 3-4 week we still have time before the super 8 round starts, He should be fit by then and will miss only one import game with WI. He will be missed because he is such a vital part of Pakistan’s one day squad. I don’t have to remind Cricket fans that what he is capable of. Comment on this article |
