A wonderful performance, spirit and passion a plenty.
Every player played their part in a truly great win.
We matched Bolton physically and beat them in the mental battle very well. All made better with the gooners getting beat.

player ratings:

robinson: 8 - apart from the penalty, kept everything out, did ver well
chimbonda: 8 - Arguably our best defender today, went forward with a vengeance. Good pass for the 3rd goal.
Dawson: 7 - Solid display from Daws, dealt with the attacking threat of bolton well, although we possibly could have been punished once or twice.
Rocha: 7 - Defended well, decision making is sometimes a bit off, but was solid.
Lee: 7 - Defended well, went forward better.
Lennon: 7 - Not his best game, but playeed his part and scored!
Jenas: 8 - Distribution was great. Passing and movement great
Zokora: 9 - Absolutetly fantastic in work rate, skill, physical strength, energy. everything
Tainio: 7 - Solid display, played his part in a team win.
Keane: 8 - Great work rate, quality goals, unlucky for red card, i thought it was off his chest.
Berbatov: 9 - Work rate, skill everything amazing, world class, deserved a goal.

subs:
Malbranque: 7 - went forward well, got the whole team going forward again after a period of defending.
Stalteri: Too little time to rate.

This has undoubtedly been the greatest day of the season, the best win and the best result in cup final, gooners get beat and theres a major brawl at the end.

Berbatov is amazing, crowd were great, zokora was class, but not forgeting jol. after a bit of pressure, his responded in the best possible way, 3 wins, and great tactics applied from BMJ at all times.

The 2nd half display was just as pleasing to watch as the 1st, Determination and desire to win, was great.

If you were at the game yesterday you would understand. Berbatov's display was probably one of the finest performances by a striker I have ever seen. If he'd scored as well it would be THE finest. I think at the moment he would start in any team in the Prem bar possibly utd where it would still be close. Its fairly clear that at the moment he is playing much better than shevchenko and has scored a lot more goals so he would start at chelsea.

Well done to Spurs, our players still had their minds in Tenerife.
We have a real problem in that we play very well against the big four, but can't seem to perform against some of the lesser teams.

Well you're not a big 4 team are you.
You were better simple as. Fortunately Reading lost so our gap stays at 5 or so meaning we should without major slipups finish in Europe certainly top 8!

Bolton are locks for UEFA qualification at this point. I wouldn't worry

It's like my Dad worrying about our safety in the UEFA cup with 4 games left of last season when really it was the CL that was the problem

I know we're not a big 4 team...

...that was implied by the way in which I made that post; it was a joke.

Adebayor is very good but you can't really compare him and Berbatov. They're completely different strikers and are both great players in their own way.

Would rather have berbatov in my team tho

Berbatov really stepped up and put on a quality display in that game. With that kind of performance i dont know why you dont just leave your original statement as "I think at the moment he would start in any team in the Prem..." ok . Who knows if hed get a start for every game, but such a hard worker will probably get alternated ALOT so one striker doesnt get overworked during a busy fixture list .....
