A must win game against reading, and we lose, well im fed up with it, we need 2 score more and since keegans departure weve lost our attacking flair and become one of the most unattactive teams to watch in England, so i say get pearce out.

Pearce was a defender and has a defender's mind, his purchases have failed to produce the promise and if he is to progress he needs help to produce an effective attack, but for all that he is still a far better bet than Keegan.

Leroy Lita's got 9 goals in 9 games, 5 coming in the last 3 games. He is absolutely on fire and the in-form striker at the moment.

We have gone through the entire season without our top scorer in the last couple of seasons (Kitson). We have still managed a highly respectable 6th position in the premiership.

Now our top Premiership striker, Doyle, is out on the side-lines for a couple of weeks, and our star defender is out for the season, yet we are drilling away results against stubborn, yet established Premiership opposition.

I feel sorry for Man City as they seemed to have the better of possesion, shots on and off target today, however they were unable to finish. I feel if they managed to get a proven Premiership scorer into their ranks they could succeed as we have done. Though you are a team building for future success as Arsenal seem to be doing with fantastic results.

You have a great stadium and great supporters from what i hear, and i don't think it'll be long until your team begins to follow trend.

I think some of the Man City fans' slating of Stuart Pearce is not needed, and you should stick by him. Looking at how West Ham and Charlton have done since their managers have departed, you should not be wanting to follow suit.

Stuart Pearce is a top manager, emphasised by the fact he was chosen to manage the England U21 squad, and i think you would find yourselves digging a hole which you'll be troubled to get out of if you sack him.

The big questions are - Can Pearce hang on to City's best players this summer and will the board provide the money for half a dozen Premiership standard players? My bet is that Pearce will be forced to sell the best players and be allowed to spend less than half the money to gamble on players looking for their last pay before hanging their boots up.

blah blah blah! youre stable in the premiership so quit complaining! not everyone can win the league! You dont have the investment to finish top 6, so where do these insane views come from!

Be happy with being in the premiership not fighting relagation! Although you are getting close!

howard wilkinson was manager of the under 21s for a bit, so Id hardly say it means a lot when they come calling

"You don't have the investment to finish top 6"

Neither do Reading, we've spent less than 200,000 on our top 2 strikers, and close to nothing for some of our best players, though we have spent 1 million on Lita, 1.5 million on Seol

I think we have played worse than this but once again our finishing was woeful. It is a good job West Ham lost again today because i just cannot see who we are capable of beating at the moment. I'm too naffed off to comment further at the moment. Goodnight folks. Speak tomorrow.

if we dont take our chances we will never get into the "top 6" or just do well as a team of our quality is expected to.
