Scott Sinclair's superb late strike set the seal on Plymouth's victory over valiant League Two side Barnet.

The first half ended goalless with Barnet's hard-working team restricting Argyle to long-range efforts.

Adam Birchall went close for Barnet after the break, but Hasney Aljofree put Plymouth ahead from the spot after Joe Devera's foul on David Norris.

And Sinclair made sure of the result as he beat two players before slotting home with seven minutes left.

Give your thoughts on the match.

It seems that Plymouth were as lucky as they were when they knocked the Posh out of the Cup.

Its called experience and Argyle have had there fair share i can tell you and when they play teams like you they use that experience where other teams might not have done and thats where you take the game to them and win.

What a GREAT goal to end a hard cup game. Everyone knows even the top teams that no one likes playing lower league teams and thats why theres upsets.

But well done Barnet you played well but i think we done our home work seen as you are unbeaten at home for a long time and im sorry to say. but if thats what it takes for a team to beat you then your not a bad team are you.

But hopefully your players will put this game down to experience and do better next time.

But it is goals that win games and from what ive seen thats a pen and you did have a higher league reff which may off been to Argyles advantage winkeye

Anyway Greeeen Armmy!!!

Well what can i say the dream is over. The Crowd, the biggest for a while were magnificent and fair play to Plymouth for bringing 1700 fans.Until the pen i thought barnet were holding their own with yet another championship side and casued them a lot of problems. "Championship your avin a laugh" too right. In the end a dubious penalty and a great goal from Sinclair won u the game. We must now concentrate on the play offs, Keep the Bees flag flyin high. you cant rate a game by watching text. barnet deserved to win and should've gone in at half time 2-0 up.

Maybe not but I saw a video clip of that foul and the ref was right to give a penalty. If Barnet had deserved to win they would've put the ball in the net, as I said before it's only the goals that count and our keeper was too good. Sorry mate but that's why Plymouth are a Championship side. Were you at the game?

It was a penalty - the ball was no more than 4 feet in front of Chuck - i.e. a pace - when he was callously chopped down!
