Im gutted that he has gone. I dont think Warnock wanted to leave but he had to because he is at a stage now where he needs to play reguraly. Alot of last season he made the left back slot his own and even got called up to the england squad but once again injury stopped his progress.

Im truely gutted he has gone because i thought he was good enough to play every week for liverpool. 100% committed. All the best steven

I have never really believed that he was more than an average player, but he comes with a good backing from the liverpool fans so im quite pleased with the signing.

He (Warnock) never got a sniff at liverpool, Benitez loves his spanish speaking players.

As with most Liverpool departures, they all seem to do well when they leave the club. With more starts, I'm sure he'll be knocking on the England door.

beginning of last season he was starting almost every match - then he got injured.

When he was fit, Benitez gave him plenty of chances. Nothing to do with foreign players.

If his injuries are behind him then Blackburn got a very good deal.

I think Warnock will be a great asset to Rovers. Sad to see Neill go, but life goes on and 'Sparky'knows what he's doing. I predict that the team will not miss a beat with the changes that have been forced upon us. I'd like a super mid-fielder to consolidate the midfield situation, then we'd be humming along nicely!

Warnock always gave his best and put in some very good performances for LFC but he always stands a couple of yards behind the back line playing people onside. I lost count of the amount of goals we lost because he was day dreaming!

Mark my words Blackburn supporters - you'll lose a goal or two because he's playing someone onside

a very strong tackler of the ball, gives little away but everyone makes mistakes so yes he is a player of hidden quality which Benitez didn't take advantage of now you can make him better for yourself and possibly for England as well, Happy times.. Liverpool Fan

Woah, way to find an old thread fella

In seriousness, in the games that he's played for us, he's looked fantastic. Against Luton he was phenomenal, and i hope he remembered to take Walcott out of his pocket before washing this weekends kit.

Had one game off the pace, but we'll allow him that - He wasn't exactly bad.

Absolute bargain if you ask me. Cheers
