They are all good at their previous clubs... but between Dowie-Reed-Pardew... Their career dipped...

typical aint it, whats up with you doom an gloom boys. give traore a chance, how many of you moaned and groaned when he got sol,james,ect.give him a chance then when season ends if hes rubbish moan then. this has been a great season so far but be warned tough times are still ahead,dont forget whats happened to wigan , charlton , westham. good season last year , this year ?

When it looked like we were going to sign Diawara in the last winter transfer window I watched him in the cup of nations and he looked dodgy then and he's been similar for Charlton. He must have something about him because Redknapp's been chasing him for over a year now. I can't see how Charlton can say they've done well out of the deal, they get Andy O'Brien, without doubt one of the worst centre halves I've ever seen. At least if Diawara is as bad as we expect he won't be in our first XI; Charlton's survival is in the hands of O'Brien!

I'm so outraged I've had to become a member of this 606 thing. I have been a LFC supporter all my life and just moved to the Portsmouth area. Traore is honestly the worst football player I have ever seen in my life. Sure he has long legs and makes an impressive tackle but he is an absolute liability the rest of the time. He has never made a successful long pass or cross in his life either. He is bambi on ice!

I cannot believe redknapp signed djimi traore, he is not only the worst defender to win the champs league, but the worst player to ever win it , and he shouldnt even have come on as a sub in that final, let alone started, he is an absolute liability, and as a liverpool fan, i am just glad we got rid of him when we finally did, although i wish we got rid of him earlier and I know 'arry' has a reputation for taking players who are thought to be past their best and making them good, but really think this guys beyond saving, I remember at when he was at lfc and he gave away far too many penalties, had no strength, no reading of the game, could not clear,could not head, could not pass and could not cross. Every time I saw traore on the ball i used to get nervous, like another person here said hes like "bambi on ice" pardew will be laughing all the way to the bank(like ac milan are at the moment)

so traore has one game under his belt,average game i thought prob no worse or no better than 70% of players playing sat. certainly not the bambi effect i was expecting as described by others.

Traore is absolutely terrible and to think a decent manager like Harry is taking him is very strange. But just remember he does have a habit if bringing the best out of players or making an average player good. Traore is still young, he could still be a good player, Harry is the right type of manager to do this. Anyway, O'Brien is surely worse than Traore?
