The Duke to Wigan

West Bromwich Albion

It seems that Ellington is on his way to Wigan for 3 Million pound. This implicates that we are getting a new player in soon now, as Peace and Mowbray have been saying that no one will be sold unless we get some new players in.
Just wondering on which position(s) this cash will be spend now...

"'why would i want to get rid of ellington,"

Remember he hasn't gone yet - and this doesn't necessarily mean he will.

Unless we get a bid in excess of £3.5m can you really see Albion accepting?

Ans besides, who said Nath wants to go?

Personally i'd take Horsfiled back with open arms.

Effort and work-rate. Y'know, something we used to have.

Get the Horse on a free transfer and buy Connolly from Sunderland. Proven natural goalscorer, should not cost more than 1.5 million.

Mowbs should make a discreet enquiry to Chelsea about Shevchenko, get him on loan to the end of the season. The Passion of the West Brom ( ClapClap) will get him playing again to his potential. Chelsea's fans are too quiet for him.

I really cant understand why wigan want ellington and £3million he is not worth it, he will score 2 or 3 goals at best. Perhaps try someone in the top scoring list of the lower leagues who is young not buy back a player who was rubbish to start with.

59 goals mate. Not just under is it? So it works around 20 a season on average.
