Southend United 0 - 4 Birmingham City

comment on the article

Birmingham overpowered struggling Southend to go five points clear at the top of the Championship table.

DJ Campbell put Birmingham ahead after eight minutes, taking Gary McSheffrey's pass to score from 18 yards.

Stephen Clemence doubled the lead seven minutes before half-time, shooting into the ground and over Darryl Flahavan.

McSheffrey's free-kick made it three after 54 minutes and Radhi Jaidi's header rounded things off six minutes before the end.

If it wasnt for the 25 delfections when Clemence scored at Pride Park the blues would be a) without Brucie and b) mid table. We will soon overtake you at the top, your jammy luck will soon run out

It has just come to my attention, birmingham do have a lot of luck dont they, i see clemence scored another 'fluke' yesterday, hes quite good at 'miss hit' shots isnt he.
Fickle bunch your lot, calling for steve bruces big fat head at PP, now hes a magician. 'deflections' wont get you far in the 'big league' as tarnisher likes to call it. And with 19,000 at your so called church im sure your more than prepared for it biggrin

P.s, over 31,000 at Pride Park on Boxing day ... Keep smiling biggrin

Yeah Derby fans we must be very lucky - I mean a goal difference of plus 20, 5 points more than your lot who just can't win against the top teams. Nothing to do with the fact that we have some of the best players in this league at all? Enjoy your little moment while it lasts as to me it seems like you are another Cardiff. Altogether now COME ON LETS GOOOOOOOO, TO THE CHAMPIONS BALL TO THE BALL TO THE BALL!
