we're doing far better than when we had ruud but if we're going to be a formidable force in european football we need to take all the chances we can get, and Louis just doesn't do that yet.

Maybe Larsson and Solskjaer can knock some finishing touches into him!?

It is so embarassing that most of MUTD supporters will complain for whatever happens in the club. Luis extended his contract and here are some people complaining about how bad his scoring is. if he did not extend the contract, the same people will show up and say that he is money oriented. When the team wins a game they complain that there were not enough goals or the game was not beautiful or ... when they lose they say 'we knew that the form was superficial and we are not going to win the title'. So, the club, the manager and the players have no place to hide. It is frastrating. if you guys are true fans, then give credit for the efforts. We have to acknowledge that Luis Saha has been one of the players who have been source of this season's MU impressive performance. Go to the top scorers table and see. Saha is the third highest scorer together with Rooney. If you are saying that this does not mean anything, get lost and support a basket ball team. there you will find players who score more than him. You do not belong here.

Saha's inclusion in the side has given a new and dynamic dimension to Man Utd's play. His pace and movement is glorious, but better finishing would be the perfect icing on the cake!

we're not saying we don't appreciate what he's doing for the club, but misses an awful lot of easy chances - e.g. celtic game, and there's going to be games where he's going to get those chances and we can't afford to miss them

so like all the players he has areas he can improve upon and finishing is his main one. He'd have a better record than drogba if he took those easy chances.

if we could combine the pace and work of saha with the finishing of RVN we'd be sorted

Wayne is like D. Yorke and he needs a partner like A. Cole: a truely predator who never leaves penalty area and just make the final touches. So was Ruud. While Louis is another "Yorke": he likes to go back and play with the ball. MU needs a "fox", smart player who can find himself in the penalty area and is always in the right place and time.

I didn't say that. As for me the best pair in the front is one finisher and one link connecting midfielders with that finisher. Many goals look like this: Wayne's running with the ball into the box, defenders are running to him trying to take the ball and leaving Ruud uncovered wich often costed them a goal.
Now we can see, that Wayne's looking for his better positioned partner, but he can't find him, because Louis is 20 m. away from goal and eventually he loses the ball to these defenders or gives a poor shot.

It is interesting that the opinion towards Luis is ethier purely negative that he is no use to the team/a total waste. or he is nice and one of the best players this season. Even the rates show that people either apricitae his contribution or they don't give a sh*t about his stay in the club.
