watsonhartlepool (U3938637) posted Dec 31, 2006 With Watford out of their depth Boothroyd has make make some major but smart moves to ensure the Hornets have a chance. I'd bring in about a half dozen players to boost the squad before all hope is lost.

MooMorris (U6226246) posted Jan 2, 2007 The fact is we need someone who has premiership experience. rossi would be good, but newcastle might want to keep him. After seeing stern john on New years day i dont think hes the right person. Earnshaw is a maybe but hes lower league, Aidy's gota be looking for someone who knows the premiership well and has a bit of speed.

boeuf69 (U7094020) posted Jan 11, 2007 That young Portugese bloke from Man Utd would do great, Ronaldo i think his name is. Looks fairly promising but i reckon a relegation battle would do him the world of good!!! Seriously we need a proven striker or 2 to have any hope, the only person i can think to fit the role would be Alan Smith. If Saha needs a game now larsson has been signed he'd be a reasonable bet too!!!! Comment on this article |
