Premiership Manchester United
comment on the article

Unfortunately i dont have the priveldge of being able to watch utd, but when i look on the line-up on bbc i notice the subs are usually:
1. Kuszack (sorry for wrong spelling)
2. O'shea
3. Silvestre
4. ole gunnar (Last 20 mins)
5. Ji-Sung Park ( Last 5 mins)

I really think we need better subs, but i dont think Hargreves is the answer, nor Torres. I think we should of got M.Senna.

I do agree that the fixture list hasn't been kind, but surely, any team who wants to be in the top 3 come the end of the season should be able to come through these fixtures. I won't lie, you are playing very well at the moment but it is your terrible away form which Rafa needs to sort.

mufcjordan to be honest we outplayed chelsea, bolton away etc and so on and hit the woodwork about 10 times in 4 games, it just was not going for us, and maybe its whats meant to be, to win the league you need to get gifted goals you dont deserve or hit the woowork and go in as it happens with Chelsea and any team that wins the league.

although i think utd may have had a fortunate enogh start 2 the season with the fixtures it is pleasing that we have won nearly all of these games.2nd half of season wil b tougher but wif a few good additions in jan the league wil def return 2 OT

There is a distinct lack of depth in the Utd side but that is something Fergy is working on.

But, to be fair, Park is an excellent player and Ole will always get you goals. But they do need reinforcements.

Larsson's joined now and will be available in January and Rossi should be on his way back soon. But Fergy and the board do need to get the chequebook out and strengthen.

I just hate to hear ManU fans always nag about Chelsea's money. We have to understand that Man U wasn't built with 2 pence, and that Utd has a way better richer tradition as a club than Chelsea which is small but growing. But, if someone comes in to help build the club to Utd standards and put in millions and win championships to me it's fair game. The reality is Utd fans aren't accustomed to losing and nobody does. To make matters worse Chelsea is owned by a very rich foreigner and English people just hate it. Also, Utd fans always say Chelsea wins with luck, and if Drogba, Lampard, Makelele or Terry goes down they will be nothing? What if Rooney, Ronaldo, Fedinand, Giggs, and Neville go down? Do you think Utd will win? No!! So stop justifying your jealous by making "what if baseless statements", accept defeat and give credit to your rivals!

I am united fan.. and i am worried about ubnited"s depth..
and we need to defeat these millionaires..
But problem is not only chelsea millions.. It is Jose.. Though i dislike him.. he is great manager.. and he may not succumb to our manager"s psychological games..
so i think it is ferguson"s real test.. because wenger want"s to play football.. keegan... no need to say anything.. it was ok to chase these teams and reduce big deficiets..
but jose"s team is too good.. and i am hoping drogba will drop form sooner than later.. that should be turning point of season..
If we can buy soem solid midfielder we can be ok.. i am assuming smudge can play soem roile this year for us.. otherwise we ned to concentrate on sttriker also..
sorry for this blabbering/gibbering post.. because i am still in shock of defeat

I am neither a ManU nor a Chelsea fan. Watched the ManU-WestHam game. Why do Ronaldo and Rooney keep looking up to the sky as if they have a special communication with someone up there. Rooney was an awful role model for youngsters with his pouting and childish tossing of the ball if the call didn't go his way - I hope he either fades away or gets his tantrums under control. As for Ronaldo, he expected any of his shots aimed at the goal to fall in, and went through tiresome antics since none did. Get real ManU, focus on the football, tidy passing and great finishing. Sir Alex denies that losing 7 points in the Table to Chelsea in one week is a big deal. "We are still in front!" - but for how long?

Ronaldo may be a quality player but he needs to track backmore often, how many times do you see him standing around when the opposition full backs are charging forward. Also Saha is so frustrating great in the air, great speed but thats it...Not in the same class as Rooney. But then again man mark rooney and he's out of the game

man utd are doing fine so far.the goals have been shared from everyone,so we haven't missed ruud that much infact i think we play better without him.he was at his prime when he was playing for us last season and slowed down the counter attacks which are now being scored by ronaldo, rooney etc.also most of his goals were tap-ins thats why he got us about 20 goals last season and another a fact is that he has never scored from outside the box.in the case of our substition,i think they are ok but silvestre has been making us lose a few goals when he plays in defence, so maybe he should be changed.if we get haregreaves,i think we are going to be better in defensive way but maybe lacking speed in counter attacking but he would be great and so would torres
