HugointheCity (U4949621) posted Dec 16, 2006 It will take a pro like Larsson a few games (at least) to get upto speed wth the Premiership, so a young guy like Dong will probably have to wait until next season (being hopeful with no major injuries) but he could get a number of games from the Sub's bench which will hopefully do him and us some good.

HansensScar (U3810369) posted Dec 16, 2006 Call me a cynic, but surely thereason Man U bought this young lad ,Dong, has a lot to do with the marketing potential and expansion plans for the chinese market and very little to do with his ability. £3m for completely unproven talent (this boy is no C Ronaldo!)

Argentina or Brazil (U3412618) posted Dec 16, 2006 From what Ive seen of dong he has excellent touch and technique and is big and strong on the ball. I believe he can replace missin RUUD.

As a supporter of Royal Antwerp Football Club I'm a bit sad to see him leave to be honest, so I still hope there's a smaal chance that he won't be recalled straightaway.
