Reading goalkeeper Marcus Hahnemann and midfielder Glen Little have signed new deals with the club.

Both players, whose previous contracts expired at the end of the season, agreed new deals to stay at Madejski Stadium until the summer of 2008.

Hahnemann has made over 200 appearances since signing from Fulham five years ago while Little, 31, is nearing the 100-mark since joining in 2004.

How good is this news foor the club?

I think this is great news and shows how most of our players appear to have genuine loyalty to our club, it has been great to have Little back in recent games his composure on the ball and ability to beat players despite a lack of pace has been much needed.

Hahnemann has been great for us since he signed, so glad he is staying
